VEO Frame ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered image and video generation platform on a credit-based model. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payments are verified manually before credits are added — this typically takes a few hours.
You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, defames a person, sexually depicts minors, impersonates a real person without their consent, or otherwise violates the policies of our underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that violate this section without refund.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the generations you create. You are responsible for how you use them.
We provide the service on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
